Fold
How to play
Fold the sheet along its grid lines to match the target. Drag an edge across a grid line, or tap the arrows around the sheet. Where squares overlap, their inks combine: red and yellow make orange, yellow and blue make green, red and blue make purple, and all three make charcoal. Ink never comes off, so plan your folds. Par is the fewest folds possible.
Questions
When does the next puzzle appear?
At midnight in your local time zone. The result screen shows a countdown.
Why can't I make a fold?
The flap can't be bigger than the side it folds onto, so some folds aren't allowed until the sheet is smaller.
What do the coloured squares in my result mean?
Green was an optimal fold, yellow kept the puzzle solvable but wasn't optimal, and black led to a dead end.
I'm colour-blind. Can I still play?
Yes. Turn on Ink symbols in Settings: red is a dot, yellow a stripe and blue a ring, and mixed squares show every symbol. They're always on when Differentiate Without Colour is enabled in iOS.
Will my progress move to a new phone?
Progress is stored on the device. It's included in iPhone backups, so restoring from a backup brings it back.
